Stephen A. Smith joins Fox Sports RadioCourtesy

(December 7, 2009) Stephen A. Smith, who resurfaced recently when he broke the Allen Iverson retirement story (which later became the Allen Iverson returns to the 76ers story), has joined Fox Sports radio.
Smith, also a Philadelphia Inquirer former columnist and current reporter, will be host to a national weekday program beginning Jan. 4. He did an ESPN radio show from 3-4 p.m., after Dan Patrick left the network, in September 2007, but that show ended in April 2008. He also had television roles with ESPN, but his contract was not renewed as of May 1. _______________________
