Greyhounds’ Liscumb hits milestone

Friday night marked a milestone night for a member of the Soo Greyhounds, though it wasn’t a traditional on-ice one.

Greyhounds Director of Public Relations and Communications Gerry Liscumb Jr. took to the broadcast booth just like any other night prior to the Greyhounds game against the Saginaw Spirit.

Morse new Slammers voice

The Joliet Slammers have announced that Aaron Morse will serve as their radio play-by-play announcer in 2012.

Fox Sports says that the 19-year-old son of NASCAR on FOX host and former WWL-TV sports anchor Chris Myers was killed in an auto accident
